1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tekabaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tekabaj website at tekabaj.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the tekabaj platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the tekabaj platform.

1.1 Scope of Services

1.2 Amendments to Terms

tekabaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, players will be notified via the email address registered to their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the tekabaj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of tekabaj services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and available to eligible players aged 18 years and above who are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a tekabaj account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration process.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active tekabaj account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tekabaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tekabaj account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tekabaj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tekabaj support without delay.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tekabaj operates a KYC verification process to confirm player identity, age, and the source of funds used for deposits. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. The documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used. tekabaj reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tekabaj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tekabaj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods are subject to change without advance notice.

3.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your tekabaj account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected. The minimum deposit amount via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. Deposits made via bank transfer may be subject to higher minimum thresholds. tekabaj does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• Minimum deposit (bank transfer / Visa / Mastercard): ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to your account tier and any limits applied by your payment provider

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. tekabaj does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification having been successfully completed on your account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard processing time: One to four hours under normal conditions
• Withdrawal method: Must match the deposit method used on the account where possible

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tekabaj is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities through the platform. tekabaj reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of irregularity. In such cases, tekabaj may request documentary evidence of the source of funds before processing the transaction. Players found to be using the tekabaj platform to launder funds will have their accounts permanently closed and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonus Terms

tekabaj offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have a fully verified tekabaj account in good standing
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless the specific offer terms state otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used to meet withdrawal minimums before wagering requirements are satisfied
• tekabaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of platform errors, or collusive play will be voided without compensation

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All deposit-match bonuses and free bet credits awarded by tekabaj are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's individual terms. Unless specified otherwise, the following default conditions apply:

• Sports betting bonuses: Bets placed at minimum odds of 1.80 or greater count 100% toward the wagering requirement
• Casino slot bonuses: Slot games from eligible providers contribute 100%; live casino games contribute at a reduced rate as specified per offer
• Validity period: All bonuses must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account, unless a different period is stated in the offer terms

4.3 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

tekabaj periodically runs promotional campaigns aligned with events and seasons that are meaningful to Bangladeshi players, including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and BPL season. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published at the time of each campaign. Participation in seasonal promotions does not waive any general terms set out in this document.

5 User Obligations

By using the tekabaj platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with applicable laws. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times.

5.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the tekabaj platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform to commit fraud, engage in money laundering, circumvent security measures, facilitate illegal transactions, or conduct any activity that is harmful to tekabaj or to other platform users. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the tekabaj platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tekabaj platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, scrape odds data, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or wagering results
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic access restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by tekabaj
• Making threats, abusive, or harassing communications toward tekabaj staff or other users
• Providing false documentation during KYC verification or at any other stage of account management

5.3 Accurate Information

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information change, you must update your account profile promptly. tekabaj cannot be held responsible for communication failures, payment delays, or account access issues arising from outdated account information.

6 Age Restriction

tekabaj operates a strict 18+ policy. The tekabaj platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. Registration, depositing, and wagering by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited in all circumstances without exception.

6.1 Age Verification Process

Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Players are required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID confirming date of birth before any withdrawal request is approved. tekabaj reserves the right to suspend withdrawals from any account where age verification has not been completed, regardless of account balance.

6.2 Minor Protection

tekabaj strongly encourages all adult players who share devices or internet connections with minors to make use of parental control software and to ensure that their tekabaj account credentials are not accessible to persons under 18. If you believe a minor may have accessed your account, contact tekabaj support immediately and change your account password without delay.

7 Account Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their tekabaj account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification being complete.

7.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

In addition to full account closure, tekabaj offers temporary self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and 12 months. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and cannot be used to deposit, wager, or access promotional offers. 7.2 tekabaj-Initiated Closure

tekabaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, provision of false information, or identity misrepresentation
• Suspected money laundering or financial crime
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Registration by a person under 18 years of age
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is closed by tekabaj due to a breach of Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits will be returned to the player's registered payment method where legally required and operationally feasible.

7.3 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of 12 or more consecutive months are classified as inactive. tekabaj will attempt to notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Players are encouraged to log into their accounts periodically to prevent dormancy status being applied.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tekabaj's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

8.1 Service Availability

tekabaj makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical defects at all times. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. tekabaj shall not be liable for losses resulting from periods of platform unavailability, provided that tekabaj takes reasonable steps to restore service in a timely manner.

8.2 Game Integrity and Errors

All games on the tekabaj platform are supplied by verified third-party game studios whose RNGs are independently tested. tekabaj does not control the underlying game logic and shall not be liable for technical errors, malfunctions, or unexpected outcomes arising within third-party game software. In the event of a manifest error — including an incorrectly displayed price or game outcome caused by a technical fault — tekabaj reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tekabaj and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in violation of applicable law, or any fraudulent or deceptive conduct on your part.
